NO Refunds
Exchanges: We would like for all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, therefore we will do everything to make it right. We only exchange/replace defective or damage items. In order for an item to be exchanged/replaced the item must be photographed and an email sent to info@divinedesignjewels.com within 72 hours of receipt. If the same item is in stock it will be replace if not an item of equal value will be exchanged.
